About the project
The conversion of the landmark Gretsch guitar factory at 60 Broadway into 130 condominiums, part of the Williamsburg Bridge skyline. Completed in 2004.
The loft residences keep the building’s high ceilings and large factory windows, paired with modern kitchens and baths.
